Gluten Information:
All of our sauces have small amounts of wheat due to the soy sauce ingredient. Yakisoba Bowls and wraps also have wheat. Since there is soy sauce in our meat marinade, all of our normally prepared meats would have a very small trace of wheat. However, the restaurant has been instructed to grill an un-marinated chicken if the request is made. This process usually takes about 10-15 minutes but we are happy to do it for you.
